Technical Description
Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in MiMMS, which could be exploited by remote attackers to compromise a vulnerable system. These flaws are due to buffer overflow errors in the "get_media_packet()" and "get_header()" functions that does not properly handle malformed data received from the server, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a malicious media stream.
